PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We like the ease of PayPal and use them to process our orders. If you do not have a PayPal account or simply want to use your credit or debit card, you can do that too. We don’t mind either way.

Do you keep any of my payment information?

No Way! We wouldn’t dare. It is important to us that our customers feel secure so we do not keep any of your financial information. All we care about is getting the products that you ordered to you safe and sound.

SHIPPING

What shipment methods are available?

We use a few different companies to ship our products and allow you to select either during the checkout process. FedEx comes with a tracking feature that allows you to track your package, so it is a little more expensive. USPS costs a little less, but you do not have the option to track your package. We want you to select the option that is best for you so we have left it in your hands.

Do you ship internationally?

You betcha. Although we make our products in the good ol’ USA in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, we can ship them anywhere. So if you live in Guam or Guatemala, Germany or Greece, or anywhere else that does or does not begin with the letter “G’ we can get it to you.  So order on my friend.

How much will shipping cost?

The best way to get a definite shipping price, is to add items to your cart and begin the checkout process. The Shipping price for a T-shirt within the Continental US is a mere $3.50.  The price only increases slightly to $5.00 if it goes across the pond. But because shipments made outside of the US may require Customs Fees that we have no control over, the best thing to do is begin the checkout process.

How long will it take to get my package?

Patience my friend, it won’t be that long.

We know that you want your products as soon as possible and we don’t blame you. We produce our products after you order. Currently, it takes us in-between 2-7 business days to produce apparel and 2-5 business days to produce other products. We are always working to speed things up on our end. Our current record from order to shipment is 2 days. We are always aiming for that goal but if we have numerous orders to process, it might take as many as 5 days.

After we ship your order please allow 1-3 days for FedEx, or 3-5 days for USPS for orders within the Continental US. If shipping overseas, add an additional 1-5 days for FedEx and 10-20 days for USPS, depending on how far your house is from our warehouse in Los Angeles..

I found something I like, now how do I order it?

It is just as easy to order our products as it is to fall in love with them. Seriously, my cat could do it.  When you find a product that you like, add it to your cart and continue shopping. After you have filled your cart will all your desired items, click on checkout and pay for your order. This is where you can use a coupon code, if you are lucky enough to have one, then we will get busy on our end so that you can enjoy your order soon.  You are done. Good for you.

Whoops, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Now what?

So, your finger slipped when you added your shirt to your cart and you accidentally ordered a small when you really wanted a large. It happens to the best of us.  Be sure to review your order confirmation right away, and if you catch a mistake in a hurry please email us ASAP. We might be able to correct your slip-up. But, because our shirts are made to order, if you don’t catch your blunder right away, we have already made it and it is in transit to your door. In that case, you can give the wrong size as a gift to your chubby neighbor or your scrawny cousin.

Can I track my order?

Of course you can. Once your order is placed, simply click following links and enter your Tracking number or order number.

How do I handle a return?

If we made a mistake, we will make it right. Did we send you the wrong size or a defective product? If we did, we are sorry and we will fix it. Simply return it to us unused, unwashed in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. So feel free to order, we got your back.
